Are Newish Traditions games only for the holidays?
Are Newish Traditions games meant to be drinking games? Is this only a good gift for an older audience?
All Newish Traditions games are suitable for most ages. In fact, children were many of the most enthusiastic players of Hanukkah Pong and Holiday Pong while the games were on display last season at the Winterfest Holiday Market at the Brooklyn Museum.
All games can be adapted to suit your needs. For children enjoying our PONG games, simply fill the cups with beverage or candy of choice. Some fun choices we’ve seen include water, grape juice, milk, candy canes, and chocolate coins.
Adults are free to pursue other options. One epic high-energy game we witnessed used espresso! No matter your choice, please be sure to play safely and responsibly.
Newish Traditions does not condone drinking by minors under the legal age limit.

What's the difference between the Starter Set and the Premium Set?
The Starter Set comes with 1 game board, 2 ping pong balls, and 18 cups. The Premium Set comes with 2 game boards, 8 ping pong balls, and 36 cups.
The Starter Set makes a great gift and is the perfect introduction for any novice; however, many folks have told us 2 game boards is infinitely more fun.
But wait, there’s more… for a limited time all Starter and Premium Sets include a themed pack of Festivity Cards to enhance the fun!
Special Bonus: Premium Sets also include a container of Discs!
I’m giving this as a gift. Can I hide the receipt or include a personal message?
Yes, we can send items directly to your lucky gift recipients without including billing information or receipts.
Personal Gift Messages can be included for an extra fee as an option at checkout and will be sent on our Newish Traditions themed memo paper.
I don’t want this anymore. Do you accept returns?
Why would anyone want to return a super fun holiday game dedicated to bringing friends and family together?
Sorry, we don’t currently offer returns or exchanges. Your friends and family will thank us! If there is any problem with the quality or components delivered, please let us know and we will do our best to address the issue.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. We are hoping to ship to other countries soon, but in the meantime, buy the game and ship it yourself. Better yet – make a newish tradition trip and hand deliver it. Your friends and family will thank you!

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Depending on your selection in checkout, your orders will arrive 1-8 days from the shipping date.
Rush orders can be requested during checkout.
Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website?
Probably. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor Square – one of the best in the business).
What are the dimensions of the games? How big are these things?
The Starter Set game box storing all contents is 15.25” x 6.5” x 3.25”.
The Premium Set game box storing all contents is 15.25” x 9.5” x 3.25”.
A single Hanukkah Pong hand-crafted wooden game board opens to a menorah shape of 28” x 3” x 3”.
A single Holiday Pong hand-crafted wooden game board opens to a sleigh shape of 15” x 6” x 3”.
A single deck of Festivity Cards is a box measuring 3.125”x3.125”x.75”.
A container of Discs comes in a tube with diameter of 2.5” and height of 6.25”.

Where are Newish Traditions’ games made? What are they made of?
All Newish Traditions games were designed and prototyped in New York City. A limited-edition initial production run of hand-crafted hardwood pong game boards was made in NYC. Contact us if you would like to receive one of these locally made boards and we will let you know if any are left.
All boxes, ping pong balls, cups, cards, discs, and containers are made in China. All current production of game boards is also in China.
Can I sell Newish Traditions' games in my store?

How do I play Pong? Are Hanukkah Pong and Holiday Pong the same?
See our Rules Page for suggested PONG game variations. Of course, feel free to adopt your own. We’ve already heard of some fun and interesting alternatives – and some not quite that interesting.
Hanukkah Pong and Holiday Pong are played with the same rules; however, Hanukkah Pong is shaped like a menorah, while Holiday Pong is shaped like a sleigh.
How do I play with the Discs?

How do I play with Festivity Cards?
Festivity Cards can be added to PONG games or enjoyed separately. They are sure to enhance the fun bringing energy and laughter to all players and observers. Available in packs of 54 cards, each with unique silly actions and challenges to perform. Don’t struggle to choose between the Chr!stmas Pack and Jew!sh Pack, get both!

Can I use any cups to play or is there something special about the Newish Traditions cups?
The Official Newish Traditions Cups were designed specifically for the Newish Traditions suite of games. They fit snugly (like a baby’s onesie) into the game board slots to prevent the cups from tipping over and come pre-printed with the Newish Traditions icons suitable for all game play variations.
While we strongly encourage you to play with the Newish Traditions Cups, we know many will get carried away with the fun and run out sooner than expected and we want to make sure you keep the party going! Most 9oz. cups should be sufficient and you can always download and print the cup icons by clicking here for Hanukkah icons or clicking here for Christmas icons to paste, tape, or otherwise affix them to the cups.
